WELL-BEING

“Well-being” aims at improving the quality of human life in various areas. People today live and work in order to create such living conditions to optimize the quality of their lives.

A prerequisite for the “well-being” is to achieve physical and mental health, as the ancient Greeks said: “healthy mind in a healthy body”.

Lower back pains are very common. We either hunchback when sited on our desks, bend our backs to lift bags from the grocery. Lift our toddlers from the ground without kneeling.. The way we choose to posture affects in the long run the condition of our back & torso.  By changing these small everyday body movement, e.g. chosing kneeling instead of bending, we guarantee to delay the aching. Plus, we can use special but simple products, to protect the already sore body.
